Affirmations for anxiety and panic attacks.

Life can get foggy and at times we feel frightened with heightened breaths which feel like your life is jumping away from you. The world as we know it today doesn’t make it easy for anxiety and people with panic attacks. From me to you as a person who has faced anxiety and panic attacks meditation, speaking to a loved one, taking a walk or saying my affirmations of anxiety are some of the ways I have coped and overcome this feeling.

Below are my affirmations for anxiety and panic attacks that have helped me and I hope you find this reassuring that you are alone, you don’t have to judge yourself or flee from yourself. You can deal with this but start with being aware, your body and breaths, letting go of tensions, fear and living in gratitude for the now and everything will be okay. 

Affirmations for Anxiety & Panic Attacks

Breathe and just breathe, I release myself from anxiety and panic attacks. I take life-nourishing deep breaths. I am breathing in and out effortlessly. My feelings of panic attacks disappear. I am relaxed, I let go of my worries. The more I breathe, the more life flows through me.

I stay calm, I let go of stress, I let go of anxiety, All is well with me. I am at peace with myself. I feel happier and healthier. I regain calmness, I regain control, I feel happier and healthier.

All is well with me. I am free from anxiety and panic attacks. Anxiety and panic attacks are no longer a part off me. I take courage and, I fear not. Anxiety and panic attacks are no longer a part off me.

I am grateful for the air in my lungs. I am grateful for my ability to breath. Everything is safe in my world and feeling anxious passes away from me. I am re-assured of life-giving breaths.

I am okay, Anxiety and panic attacks do not own me. I am loved and I love myself. I am grateful for healing. I am calm, restored and happy. I let go of fear, I let go stress, I let go of anxiety, I let go of panic-attack, I am calm and serene.

Conclusion

Thank you for reading and continue to focus on your breaths because you are still here and everything is going to be okay. Continue to repeat this affirmation subconsciously and remember you are now calm and serene. Take good care of you, best regards Princewill.
